Worst experience! We were not allowed to enter coz tickets “expired” and had to top up almost $50 to the full price tickets to be able to convert them to be usable, and come back another day for it. Customer service crew did not make an effort to seek client confirmation and proceed to change. The support agents were also not helpful and did no considerations. I just booked another activity but the price already doubled so instead of availing it cheap, it became more expensive. We queued (imagine the heat and long queue) but at the entrance, those crews said we need to exchange our qr codes first into physical tickets! Then some crews along the way in the ticketing booth, said no need to exchange it! Like, what the— such a hassle! Instead of queuing inside USS, we queued in the ticketing booth! There are no refunds that can be done. Or no guarantees for the visitors and no bad follow up after sales service.
